Background and requirements
The Executive Shaving Company is one of the largest shaving and grooming suppliers in Europe. Executive Shaving stock and supply shaving products from leading manufacturers world wide in addition to developing and supplying own brand products including razors, shaving creams and balms.
Executive Shaving had previously gone through several redesign and developments of the website that unfortunately resulted in a drop in natural listings.
Following a workshop, we identified that they required a core internal system for stock control, warehouse and fulfilment, purchase orders and price control, in addition to being a customer facing website.
This led to the implementation of a customised ERP solution, integrated with Magento 2.

Starting with a workshop to understand the business, its objectives and its target market allowed us to develop a solution from the outset that would work not only for the customers that needed to transact on the website, but for the team that needed a toolset to run the business from.
We started with a Magento 2 platform and a custom ERP installation that allowed the business to implement all suppliers and product relationships. This created both inhouse and dropship warehouses, and a fullfilment solution that allowed the full tracking of pick pack and dispatch to reduce errors and reports for multi currency VAT reconciliation.
Loyalty scheme, gift card, special promotions, multi currency, channel integration (Amazon, eBay), Braintree payment gateway and Sage integration are some examples of the features required.
We provided Executive Shaving with a comprehensive website redesign and development to provide a fully responsive user experience that drives customers to the desired call to action. The implementation of key social proofing including live chat and Trustpilot reviews have resulted in a direct year on year increase in sales and a stronger return on investment.
We provide various Digital Marketing services for Executive Shaving, including but not limited to pay-per-click, search engine optimisation, email marketing, website creative and paid for social remarketing.
